Cuca's story is crafted by tradition.

It began in 1956 when a Portuguese entrepreneur, the great-grandfather of Cuca’s current owner, started handcrafting leather bags for travelers boarding grand ocean cruises. Since then, Cuca’s artisan heritage has been shaped by a deep commitment to craftsmanship, knowledge, and dedication. For four generations, this family legacy has become synonymous with the art of leatherworking, passed down through skilled entrepreneurs who have continually mastered and refined their craft. The business has evolved time and again to meet the changing demands of a dynamic market, while staying true to the core values that shaped its beginnings: precision, expertise, and passion.

Cuca, officially founded in 2013, was created to embrace a new reality and meet the challenges of the modern market—addressing emerging demands, intensifying global competition, and integrating new trends, technologies, and materials.
